RCM Service Company Ltd offers maintenance, repairs and insurance service to a variety of products, such as Military Command and Control, Microwave, High Frequency, Satellite Communications, Displays, Imaging, Computer Graphics and more. To meet short response times across the country, RCM Service maintains lab equipment and spare parts. The RCM Service Laboratory is run by technicians with high capabilities and professional experience, acquired in the Air Force and in civilian work places; with a broad background and hands–on experience in the areas of measurement equipment, communication systems and computer display systems. RCM Service technical team has more than 30 years experience in providing maintenance services to customers such as: Tadiran, Elisra, Rafael, Elbit Systems, IAI/Elta and to all IDF branches (the Air Force, Intelligence, Electronic Signal Corps and Navy). In order to provide its customers with high professional service, RCM Service conducts in-house, technical courses and sends its workers abroad to acquire specific knowledge and skills. RCM Service technicians are therefore always up to date and familiar with the latest technologies. The company allows customers to choose between 3 types of service agreements: 1.
